PLEASE NOTE - the black sesame is uncooked 
Cooking instructions - once thawed, shake the pouch to mix all the flour together, pour on a pour and cook on low heat and continue to stir till it gets hot and thickens itself and colour will be darker. 
 
Add more sugar if needed and more water if you want it to be runnier
