Shipping and refunds

Subject to availability please allow 5 - 7 working days for UK delivery. We aim to prepare, pack and ship within these days but please understand delays as we are only a small business! 

Items are freshly made to order and are prepped and packaged safely for consumption.

All orders will be posted out using Parcel Force next day delivery service for a flat rate of £9.590, with free delivery over £150.

Items on a Pre order list will be shipped out from 2-3 weeks depending on availability but all customers will receive a tracking number and confirmation when sent out.

 

Please note that we do not offer refunds. We will aim to amend any issues with your order and if we do not see fit and cannot resolve the problem then we will consider refund.

Cancellations are possible as long as the order has not been sent out.
