Bake at home wife cakes.
Each pack contains 5 individually wrapped uncooked wife cakes.

Bake at home Wife cakes 未煮熟老婆餅
1) preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius
2) place defrosted wife cakes onto a baking tray (defrost in the fridge overnight)
3) apply egg wash (for vegan option leave this out)
4) using a knife, poke to small lines in the centre of the wife cake (this prevents it from puffing up and drying out)
5) bake for 15 minutes
6) then rotate the tray 180 degrees (turn it around) and bake for a further 10 minutes or until golden brown
Please note: all ovens will bake at slightly different time frames due to difference in size, make and type of oven so please keep an eye on the bakes to prevent over baking. Reduce time where necessary.
